Lola Beavers, Chief Financial Officer

Lola resides as Chief Financial Officer of National Disaster Solutions. Under this title, she conducts all administrative duties for each respective office throughout the southeast as well as leads a team of administrative assistants. Lola's main responsibility; making sure daily operations run smoothly, a task that isn't always easy, but one she conquers with great skill and faultlessness. A lifelong resident of Jonesboro, Arkansas and a seasoned administrative professional, Lola began her career working for Craighead Electric and Continental Construction Company before joining the National Disaster Solutions team in 2003.

Marian Anderson, Director of Administration

Marian Anderson is National Disaster Solutions Director of Administration since 2006. Marian serves in a multi-faceted position specializing in the overall management of day to day team efforts in order to accomplish target projects. She works collaboratively toward implementing solutions which benefit both external and internal parties involved. One of the many contributions has been in the opening and setting up of the NDS Virginia, Minnesota and South Carolina Offices. She has been instrumental in coordinating many of our emergency response service such as power generators, satellite phones, temporary lodging etc., immediately following the storm.


Bernadette Lemoine, VP Business Development

Since joining National Disaster Solutions, Bernadette Lemoine has performed a number of key responsibilities, from Strategic Marketing to Project Manager. She brings to us over 15 years of experience in Business Development and Client Liaison. Bernadette serves in the coordination of all related functions of large-scale Disaster Recovery and ensures effective public relations and Crisis Management. She has an active role in conducting research, preparing proposals, relationship building and technical assistance.Ms. Lemoine holds a Design Degree from Miami International University of Art and Design. She is vested in local charities and committees such as the Allianz Championship where proceeds benefit local community hospitals.


Charlie Cangianelli, Operations Manager

Charlie Cangianelli is a certified General Contractor and Certified Building Official who earned his degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering. He also served in the United States Army, Sergeant First Class in Combat Engineers. Charlie has brought us over 35 years of successful expertise in managing numerous large scale construction and mitigation projects. He currently holds affiliations with Building Officials Association of Florida, American Institute of Architects, American Planning Association, Florida Trust – For Historic Preservation, Florida Association of Occupational Licensing Officials.


Burle Fortenberry, Operations Manager

Burle Fortenberry has been a part of the National Disaster Solutions team for 10 years. Before joining NDS, Burle’s work experience included 20 years in the management and customer service industry. Burle's many job credits include cleaning up and restoring the building which houses the Department of Disability Determination for Social Security in downtown Little Rock, AR. The first floor of the building, which included 50,000 square feet, was filled with over 30 inches of raw sewage. It was one of the first big jobs NDS completed under Burle's supervision. The building was cleaned and ready to receive employees. Burle likes the reward that comes with his job. It gives him and his crew great satisfaction to know that he is able to restore and reconstruct a property after a devastating fire or water damage.


Hayden Allred, VP Business Development

A graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas Hayden resides as VP of Business Development. Hayden handles the marketing and media relations of National Disaster Solutions. The company has been published in several publications such as Arkansas Business, Celebrate Arkansas, Celebrate Northeast Arkansas and NWAonline.com and other publications in the southeast. She is instrumental in the marketing efforts of NDS, conducting research, preparing and coordinating client proposals as well as other marketing and operational materials. Hayden is active in local charities such as the Humane Society of Pulaski County and Dress for Success.


Lester Mullen, Restoration Supervisor

Lester Mullen has been in the restoration business for eight years and is certified in IICRC for Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structure Drying and Carpet Cleaning Technician. Lester has supervised and helped to complete many national restoration projects. A few of those include Trinity Lighting in Jonesboro, AR, Esplanade Apartments in New Orleans, LA, and House Manufacturing in Cherry Valley, AR. These are just a few jobs where he helped oversee daily operations in order to minimize loss of business and to insure customer satisfaction. His customer base knows that when they call in a claim, he will respond quickly, at any time.


Tom Baker, Operations Manager

Tom Baker has vast experience in the restoration industry working in the business for over a decade. Some of the jobs he has managed in his time at NDS is the restoration of the Dollar General store in Gurdon, AR, due to fire, The Temple Church of God in Christ in Camden, AR, and the Dawson Education Center in Arkadelphia, AR. Tom excels with his customer base and believes communication with his clients is of the utmost importance. He is very personable with all who work with him and a friend as well to his employees.


Shannon Simpson, Operations Manager

Shannon Simpson is National Disaster Solutions Operations Manager, as well as an experienced, hands-on Project Manager. Before joining NDS, Shannon's work experience included management with Wal-Mart Inc., and a background in the Insurance Industry. He has managed the fire restoration and recovery of several large loss projects including schools in the southeast and oversight and restoration of several medical facilities. Shannon feels very rewarded when his crew can restore and reconstruct a property in record time so the insured can return to their normal daily lives.
